Records Review – 3/15/2021
This Phenom100 was in tip-top condition and the records in amazing order. All maintenance was performed on time or early. The records review revealed that after the landing gear was overhauled, the nose gear would not stay charged. The problem was not as a result of any improper maintenance performed and resolved long before sale of the aircraft.
It is an excellent example of an early serial number aircraft with some very nice upgrades. The seats were refurbished, very well cushioned and comfortable. The cabin was clean and uncluttered. The baggage compartment lining, flooring and door sill were also refurbished. On close inspection, this aircraft was obviously hangered when not in use. There was no evidence of weather related deterioration, paint chalking or water spots.
